INDEPENDENT COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY OF SOUTH AFRICA

HEREBY PUBLISHES THE SECOND ERRATUM TO THE FINAL TERRESTRIAL BROADCASTING PLAN 2008

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (the Authority)

hereby publishes the second erratum to Annexure F to the final Terrestrial Broadcasting Plan, General Notice number 1538 in Government Gazette number 32728 published on 18 November 2009 in terms of Sections 4(2) (b).and 30(1).

The first erratum was published on 24 June 2011, in Notice number 414 of 2011 in Government Gazette number 414 34386.

The second erratum is necessitated by the need to ensure a smooth and seamless network rollout process during the Digital Migration Process
