Human Resources Manager Role description  Management and further development of the Human Resources (HR) department  Supervision of the (interim) team of more than 20 people  Replacement of the interim team with a long-term team through targeted search in the areas of business and technology  Management of recruiting activities including contract management and interview execution while working closely with management and departments to identify further staffing needs and job requirements  Point of contact for all employee issues, including work, tax and social insurance as well as employee satisfaction  Setting up employee development programs and conducting career coaching sessions  Management of sickness notifications, vacation requests, certificates, leaves and attestations  Organization of team activities and company events (e.g. knowledge sessions, office breakfast etc.) Key requirements  University degree in business administration, HR and/or corresponding experience in HR management  HR generalist with experience in all relevant areas especially recruiting, specialization in tech is a plus  Experience in setting up HR departments and HR-relevant processes

 Experience in the management of international teams in a dynamic work environment, e.g. a start-up  Enthusiasm for innovative, technical products  Experience in the use of digital HR management tools, ideally Personio  Open, approachable personality with strong social skills and hands-on mentality  Fluent in German and English
